We're the new guys on the block, so you might have some questions.  Hopefully the Frequently Asked Questions below will help introduce us.  As always, feel free to call with any other questions or concerns! 

So how does it work?
Great question!  Hungry customers can browse our online or printed menus, then either order online or call in a food order to (618) 394-5664.  Then sit back - we hadle the rest - from placing the order, dispatching your Mobile Server who delivers it to your home, office or hotel.  It really is THAT easy!

Sounds good - how long does it take to get my order?
Average delivery time runs 45-60 minutes.  This gives us plenty of time to get the order to the restaurant, the restaurant to prepare your meal and the mobile server to get it safely to your door.  The drivers use insulated thermal bags, so your food arrives hot, fresh and ready to eat.  Restaurant cook times, adverse weather or traffic conditions could also affect delivery times, so please allow for the safety of your Dinner Drivers!  For large or lunch orders please give 2 hours advanced notice.

What forms of payment do you accept?
In addition to Cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  You have the option of paying online with credit card, or cash at your door.  If you pay with credit card, please have the card ready to show the Mobile Server when he/she arrives.  Prices shown reflect a 3% discount for cash orders.

How much does it cost for delivery? 
You pay regular menu prices (absolutely NO markups!) and a delivery fee of $3.99 - $5.99 per restaurant for as much food as you'd like delivered!  We do require a $12 minimum food order per restaurant during dinner hours and a $15 minimum at lunch.   

Can I tip the Dinner Driver?
Absolutely!  Your Dinner Driver uses his/her own vehicle and works for tips just like a server in your favorite restaurant.  15% is typical, and if you'd like it added onto your credit card at the time of order, just let us know!

I don't see my favorite restaurant - what's up?
We are working to add more partner restaurants all the time.  If you don't see one you want, send an email to dinnerdriver@gmail.com and we'll see about adding them.  You can also let the restaurant leadership know you're interested in them offering delivery.

Lunch Hours
Mon - Fri:  10am - 2pm
(Note: Lunch orders require a $15 minimum food order.  RESERVATIONS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

Dinner Hours
Mon - Thu:  4:30pm - 9:00pm
Fri & Sat:  4:30pm - 9:30pm

(Last order will be taken during these hours.  Some restaurants open and close earlier than others and may not be available during all delivery hours.)
